As a contracting officer at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, I have known and done business with Discipline Consulting for more than seven years and have been extremely satisfied with the products and services provided. Discipline is a subcontractor to TESA on three projects they have with NMFS Office of Sustainable Fisheries. I worked with Wilbert Francis, their CISO/SVP Cloud Computing Services on the subcontract documents. They’re a solid company and are performing well. ERT had that work for a long time and brought them along to TESA, so they have a long relationship with NOAA
